Hotel vicino a Malvern Museum - Malvern

“We had a fantastic stay here to celebrate my Wife's birthday. Hotel is located really close to all Malvern facilities like the theatre, shopping, evening entertainment and access to the hills. We booked the "delixe apartment" but internally atvthe hotel this is known as the "Hideaway" It is actually a 3 bedroom apartment with beautiful period features like dormer windows bit the important elements have been lovingly refurbished recently. “Room 3 was really spacious, more like a suite with comfortable sofa and armchair and low table too. The many pictures on the wall were tasteful. The bath was particularly good!”

“Disappointing all round. Room tired and shabby, plus not thoroughly cleaned. Spa showing its age (eg not all pool jets working). 30 min spa massage was actually closer to 20 mins. Emailed final bill included a “optional” service charge that could not be declined I.e not optional. ”

“Had to change to a room with a shower only for disability reasons. Fire alarm close to 10pm didn't help because it was freezing cold outside in the meeting point in th parking lot. Not a fault of the hotel, but thermal blankets from the fire brigade would have been nice”

Il ristorante poi è veramente buono. Dalla colazione alla cena non ho mai avuto da ridire su niente. Se tornerò in zona pernotterò ancora qui. ”

“This is a wonderful, historic hotel on the river in Worcester, a 5 pound taxi ride from the Worcester New Shrub train station, and within walking distance to the city's cathedral and central shopping, dining area. The breakfasts couldn't be better, and the restaurant is top notch. My room had a separate living room facing the river with operable French doors and windows.”

“Sofa bed was uncomfortable. The property would work better for a couple rather than a family. Otherwise property was nice and in a good location.”
