Just steps from the Village, you’ll have the Gondola, shops, and restaurants practically at your doorstep—no car (or hiking boots) required!

This standalone townhome means no noisy upstairs neighbors—just you, your crew, and uninterrupted relaxation. Massive picture windows flood the living room with sun, while the deck offers front-row seats to the Gondola and a BBQ that’s fired up for all-season grilling.

The kitchen? It’s got all the things—a SodaStream for fizzy fun, a Nespresso for those morning pick-me-ups, and Ninja appliances to whip up whatever après-ski snacks you crave. When the temps drop, cozy up by the brand-new gas fireplace and let the good times roll.

Mammoth Estates doesn’t skimp on the extras! Dive into the sun-soaked summer pool, soak year-round in the spa, or detox in the sauna. The rec room is packed with games, and the kids’ bunk room (complete with bean bags and a TV) is a pint-sized paradise.

Please note condo in Mammoth do not have A/C. Trust us, it doesn't get hot enough here so open up those windows and let the mountain air do its thing! For stays longer than 2 weeks, an extra $250 cleaning fee will be added after booking.

Mammoth Fun

Property was clean and able to control temperature easily. Close to gondola and village so was perfect location for us. Great and friendly neighborhood. Didn’t use pool or hot tub or amenities outside the home. Could have been better kept on sidewalk snow removal.

Great Location, Spacious Modern Townhouse, Beds Need Updating

Spacious modern townhouse, a very convenient short walk from the Village. Common space is wonderful - renovated/well-equipped kitchen & dining area, living room with extra large sectional surrounded by lots of windows - lovely place for our group of 6 adults to hang out & relax. While the space was great, the mattresses in each room were in very poor condition. the front bedroom mattress didn’t even lie flat & guests were sinking curved into the bed. check-in/check-out polices are very strict, no toiletries offered in the showers & while the kitchen had coffee pods & a french press, a coffee maker would have helped for a group as large as ours. hopefully the mattresses are updated for the next guests, as this rental property has great potential.

Great location and spacious modern townhouse

The location and amenities of this spacious updated townhouse were awesome; however, I can’t give a better rating due to the awful mattresses, especially upstairs. Really uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. Everything else was great!
