5 Star 4 bedroom family friendly condo steps to lifts. Beautifully updated and remodeled modern mountain getaway. Over 1700 sq ft with 8 beds at one of the BEST locations in Mammoth, conveniently located just steps from the slopes in the winter, and just a short drive to the lakes in the summer. Parking for 3 vehicles right outside your private entrance. Location is on the main Free Shuttle route anywhere in town and is directly across from Canyon Lodge. Access three hot tubs after a long day.

Great location

We had two families ( 5 in each) and thought this was a great property for a week at the snow. Easy few min walk to the Canyon Lodge lifts. Short walk (slightly closer) to the Village Gondola. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Slightly noisy if people upstairs clomp around but that is the same with every condo we've been in. Highly recommend. There's also a fireplace which was lovely to have wood burning and we didn't realise that from the listing. It's in the main living room.

So close to 5 star

This is a well located, nicely decorated townhome just perfect for a multi family gathering. Close to the lifts. Comfortable beds. Unfortunately, and I really do believe the owner was unaware, it had not been properly cleaned, stocked or prepped before our arrival. Dirt and leftover food in the fridge/ dishes and pots and pans that still had food on them in the cabinets, so much dust! “House book” was not for this unit and hence did not have accurate info/was not useful. Lots of bins/dispensers for soap and linens…. All empty. Several chairs with broken legs , bunk bed ladder broken. I would love to rent this place again, but I would require a lot of assurance about cleaning and maintenance.

Great location very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. 6 adults and four kids in a ski vacation. Very easy walk to the slopes. Nice living space for all of us. We really enjoyed our stay.

Family trip

We had a wonderful stay , plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids , the kids room was great,the location was great just a couple blocks to the lodge and gondola and ski lifts, the owners were so quick in getting back to us anytime we had a question, I would recommend this house

Convenient and Comfortable

The location of the property couldn't be better! It was just a 5 minute walk to the Canyon Lodge. The place itself was large enough for all 8 of us and had everything you could possibly need! We loved our stay and will definitely book this place again!

Not Luxury...

...but great location. Condo situated nicely near Canyon Lodge, but very average inside. Low water pressure, dim bedroom lighting, cheap kitchenware, not well stocked, and difficult to cook meals.

Amazing location and perfect accommodations

We come here yearly with a few families and love everything about it. It’s clean, you can walk to Canyon, the kids’ room sleeps 5 kids (can maybe squeeze 6) and the view of sunrise is spectacular. Highly recommend this for people going to Mammoth to ski.

Excellent location and property for families

Not only was the owner pretty responsive, his local property manager was excellent! We had an issue with heat. Fixed it right away. Left a phone after check out, and sent someone to let us in very early in the morning. The property itself is walking distance to Canyon Lodge. It has four bedrooms with plenty of beds. They even have toys for the kids to play with and ample seating. The only real issue is that the bedrooms are dark!! The lighting is lacking and hard to sift through your luggage unless it’s daytime and you pull out your phone’s flashlight. Otherwise, it’s an excellent property and we highly recommend it. Just not on weekends when we want to go back. ;)
