    • Maximum of 2 pets.

    • No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the balcony.

    • No parties.

    • Turn off the fireplaces before bed. It will get very hot otherwise and unbearable to sleep. This is for your own safety.

    • You are welcome to the entire place but please be respectful of locked cabinets or areas marked private. These consist of cabinets in the hallway, upstairs bathroom, and garage.

    • Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am

This is the second time we stayed here. The view in the back is just incredible. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. I have stayed at many places and this one is my favorite in mammoth. Close to Vons, and multiple trails in your own backyard. The whole complex is very well maintained. Mr. shive the host responds quickly and took care of our needs quickly. …..great host. I would definitely stay here again ….deserves more than 5 stars.

We absolutely loved this home! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and really spacious. The location and views were fantastic. It was so convenient and a big highlight of our trip being able to walk out the back door and go on wonderful hikes. It was very easy communicating with the host. We look forward to staying here again!

Property backs up to the meadow with views of the Sherwins and paths right out the door. Close to our favorite restaurant - Mammoth Tavern. We slept well in the MBR, we liked that it was on the ground floor, it stayed cool and was very quiet.

Mammoth family and friend snowboarding trip

Great place - especially if you are bringing a dog

This home is clean, well furnished and very comfortable. It is nicely located to the grocery store and not too far from Eagle. The kitchen has all the basics and the bedding and linens were comfortable.We would absolutely stay here again.
