Upon your arrival at 950 Links Way, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546 you'll walk up six exterior steps to the front door landing. Once you enter through the front door to the interior landing you can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.

PLEASE NOTE:
* Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized linen, bedding and towels:
- Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets and pillowcases on the pillows. For the Queen size sofa pull out sleeper; all will be found on its Sofa.
- Towels provided for your stay will be found in each full bathroom with a bathmat.
* Hand soap, body wash, lotion, toilet tissue, facial tissue, paper towel, trash can liners, dish towel, kitchen sponge, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods will be found throughout the property
* There is no air conditioning.
* Pets (maximum 2) are welcomed for an additional fee.
* Images shown were taken prior to COVID-19 preparation done in June 2020

During our stay, one friend was bothered by the beep sound from smoke detector, so she contacted the 24/7 service. The response was quick and was able to find another property for my friend and her husband to stay one night. Nice property, comfortable and clean, will stay again.

Clean, easy, close enough to everything while still feeling like we were in the middle of nowhere . Best of everything in the kitchen and perfect for our needs

The house was very clean and cozy. All towels and blankets are provided. The living room has a 65” tv and wifi included. Kitchen room has appliances and all kinds of stuff. I love this place.

We loved our stay! Plenty of room for our family of four (two teens). Large kitchen/living area great for cooking. Very well stocked. Well kept and updated appliances. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed from Friday to Monday. I just wish that there would be a little bit more flexibility for check out. I got an extra hour and that was it 11am instead of 10am. I think we payed a premium price and if there is not immediately somebody else who is booked, what would it hurt to give a 12 o'clock check out time?
