“I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this...

“Great place to stay for our quick trip to Tampa for a show at Amalie Arena, which was just a short walk away (less than 5 min). We stayed in a studio and it had plenty of great amenities, super clean, comfy bed, etc. Tons of restaurants nearby. Note that the rooms are located in an apartment/condo building, so there are also residents around. Only thing I wished it had was a floor length mirror for getting ready. ”

“My family had a 1 night stay for a youth sports tournament. It is about 15 min from the convention center. The rooms were very clean and the lady at the front desk was awesome. Some draw backs….. the neighborhood is a little rundown (we still felt safe). The worst thing about our stay was the smell of the hallways as soon as you get to the elevator in the lobby you can smell it. They smelled like mildew or something. I think maybe they shampooed the hallways and didn’t suck up the water...

“The hotel was nice. We weren’t in there much, but it was in a fantastic location and way cheaper than the hotels right on the river walk. When we first got there, we were pleasantly surprised that we could check in early! Points for that right off the bat! The front desk staff was… ok. Some of them were very nice, but the lady that checked us out was very rude and that left a bad taste in my mouth. They also seemed weirdly uninformed about the area. “Contacted property concierge service about early check in and no one responded back. The entrance way was unlocked and apartment smelled like throw up. Noisy and smelled like weed. I would not advise this property.”
