“Fantastic hotel and location. Majority of staff were exceptional. We did however leave a shopping bag from our trip in the room by accident and remembered on the train home. We called the hotel and said we would come back the next day to see if they put it aside from housekeeping but unfortunately it wasn’t found. Staff at reception were very helpful with this incident. Overall great hotel but remember a final sweep before you leave! ”

“Always love a visit to The Lowry, beautiful comfy rooms and great staff. However it’s a shame that if you want to park your car the discounted car park rate is only available to guests who have booked direct with the hotel.”

“Was our 3rd or 4th time staying. Car park good. Area around is lovely. Reception area is really nice. Room is clean, large. Bar food was good. Staff were good. Breakfast was okay - staff there were lovely. Pool, changing rooms are nice but steam room not working which was a shame. Welcome arrival from reception always seems lukewarm.”
