“The location is good. The staff that I dealt with was helpful, pleasant and friendly. The one issue was at checkout. There was no one at the front desk but I could hear someone in the back (of the desk area that is not visible to guests). After waiting a couple of minutes, I shouted back, “Is anyone working the front desk?” The talk in the back continued. The line got longer waiting for service. I repeated my question, loud enough to be heard two more times. I left furious over the incident....
