“Hotel Duo Swan was absolutely perfect. It’s a great location. The hotel is nice, great rooms, at a way better price than Ibis or Apex. You get to choose your complimentary breakfast every morning. But the best part is the staff. They will help you with anything you need. They helped me top up my local SIM card. They allowed me to park a bike rental in their garage. “This hotel is in a good location.But there is no lift to go upstairs. Some amenities are broken and you can never get enough hot water. The hotel also took money from our credit card and also charged us for the same on arrival. When we requested a refund for the double charge, they kept delaying the refund back into our account. There are shops near by. And go to places is also very convenient by taxi and the staffs will let you know the cost to your destinations. ”
