Cottage di Charme - Servizi-Tranquillo moderni centro di Quartiere

Houston Street Cottage è un cottage vittoriano 1460 piedi quadrati costruito nel 1904. Mantenendo molto del suo fascino storico, la casa è ora moderna in tutte le sue comodità. Questo 2 camere da letto, casa 2-bagno è situato in una zona tranquilla nella storica Houston Street di Manhattan. All'arrivo, gli ospiti possono parcheggiare sulla strada davanti alla casa o, fuori strada, adiacente al vicolo indietro. cordoli in pietra calcarea originali fiancheggiano la strada e marciapiedi di mattoni portano i pedoni passati le case storiche. Un marciapiede mattone più piccolo si porta al portico dove si entra in un dominio di pace, relax e tranquillità.

Una volta all'interno, gli ospiti potranno nota subito l'attenzione ai dettagli e stile di decorazione eclettico in tutto. Per prima cosa accolti dal salotto confortevole che include una lounge caccia, loveseat e sedia reclinabile. Successivo è il salotto arredato in stile moderno, con la sua grande divano componibile, poltrona girevole e 43 "HDTV con Blue. ray. Collegamento del soggiorno alle aree cucina e sala è il corridoio graziosa con le camere da letto che occupano lati opposti della sala. La sala da pranzo è impostato con un tavolo che può ospitare sei e un buffet / porzione tabella a lato. Buon gusto rifiuti e riciclaggio bidoni occupare questo spazio. Adiacente alla sala da pranzo è la spaziosa cucina con elettrodomestici di dimensioni complete, tra cui una lavatrice piena di dimensioni e asciugatrice. Gli armadi sono provvisti di tutti gli elementi necessari per cucinare il vostro piatto preferito e non vi è ancora spazio negli armadi per le vostre merci secche. Al largo della sala da pranzo è il bagno ¾, che è un po 'strano ma stranamente conveniente. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di letti queen size, comodini con lampade, credenze full size con specchi e armadi con asciugamani e coperte extra. La camera da letto principale ha anche l'annesso bagno completo e una terrazza privata.

Perfect location, very well appointed house

We walked everywhere including the Discovery Center, City Park, and beautiful adjacent neighborhoods. Everything in the house was in great shape and so well organized! It’s a lovely old fashioned house.

Houston Street Cottage

We have stayed several times at this unique cottage on Houston Street. It is very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location within walking distance to downtown with restaurants and shopping. The cottage offers basically everything we needed, especially the kitchen. We definitely will plan to stay there again if it is available.

Grandma visit

Family and grandchild visit. Very clean inside, but huge disappointment with the grill. I like to cook out, but it was so dirty and covered in ants!! The $$ cleaning deposit should be refunded to be for that! I had everything ready to grill, and couldn't. Just really disappointed!! The parking in back is nice, but residents across alley cannot comprehend that someone may be staying across the alley. Be very careful!

Everything was great. The hosts were very easy to reach and very helpful!

The experience was everything I expected. The cottage was very warm and cozy! It beautiful and very well decorated. The personal touches were amazing. We highly recommend! Next time we head to see our son at KSTATE we will look to stay here!

Perfect Place to Stay for a Weekend in Manhattan

Normally when we come in for a KSU football game we stay at one of the hotels, but we decided to try out a HomeAway instead. And it was such a great choice! Judine and Micheal are so nice and the house is perfect. They have everything you could need in the house to cook meals and just sit back and relax. The house is very clean and a good location to campus and restaurants in the shopping centers nearby. We also really enjoyed being able to walk to First Watch for breakfast one morning. We will definitely look to stay here when we come up for future games!

Charming, clean, updated,walking distance to Downtown

House was well stocked with everything we needed. Felt like a home away from home. Bigger than pictures showed and more open flow between rooms than anticipated. Large sectional L couch and comfy seating for evening relaxation. Quiet neighborhood. Well kept and clean. Owners were very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Old house with lots of charm but updated and comfortable. Thank you! We would definitely stay again when visiting our son at KSU.

Lovely, convenient cottage in Manhattan!

Charming Cottage in Manhattan is just that, charming but so much more and Judine and Mike are wonderful hosts. Great communication to make sure we had everything we needed upon arrival and informaton about the cottage that was written up in a binder was more than helpful. I loved that all of the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen were labeled with their contents. Very useful. The furniture and beds werebl very nice and comfortable and tge decorations were perfect and added to tye homey feel. Most of my family were staying in a hotel and it was really nice to have a convenient place where we could get together. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Thanks again Since we were in Manhattan for my granddaughter's graduation from K State, my only regret was not finding it sooner! Thanks again Judine and Mije for sharing your lovely cottage!

The cottage was perfect!

The house was immaculate and nicely decorated. We rented this over Thanksgiving and the kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking and baking to make it a perfect holiday. Anything we needed was within 5 minutes. We normally stay in hotels but this was so much more comfortable and spacious. We are changing our next hotel reservation in the area to book this house again. I would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the cottage! We will definitely stay again when we are back in Manhattan.

Nicely decorated with all the small touches that made our visit relaxing and easy. We hosted supper for our sons and several of their friends and did it with ease as the kitchen is so nicely outfitted. Spotlessly clean with comfy beds and plenty of room to enjoy a family visit! We will definitely be back to Houston Street!

Perfect place for us!

Four of us came to Manhattan for a family wedding and your Charming Cottage couldn't have been any more perfect! Each couple had our own private space and the remainder of the beautiful home to share. Having a home to come back to each night to relax and unwind was a joy and getting a quiet rest at night was a must. You provided everything we needed. It was wonderful to have so many places within walking distance. If we find ourselves in Manhattan again and needing a place to stay, we will be back! Thank you for such a clean, charming, comfortable Home Away from home!
