Just around the corner is the game room, complete with a pool table / ping pong table, and wall games.


The fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas range, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space for meal prep and entertaining. A beautifully styled dining table seats your whole crew, and the curated coffee bar — with a dual drip and Keurig coffee maker set against gorgeous floral wallpaper — is a guest favorite.

Also on the main level are two bedrooms: the primary suite with a king bed, plaid accent wallpaper, a stunning arched window flooding the room with natural light, and an ensuite bathroom; and a second king bedroom featuring a beautifully painted teal ceiling and landscape artwork. A full hallway bathroom and laundry room rounds out the main floor.

Lower Level
Head downstairs to a spacious family room with a 75" TV, huge comfy couch, leather recliner and wet bar — perfect for movie nights or watching the Wildcats play. The lower level also features a private gym with TV, hand weights, a lifting bench, stationary bike, yoga mats, and resistance bands — great for keeping up with your routine while on vacation.

Two additional bedrooms are on this level: the bunk room, a guest favorite with four queen-sized bunks and a fun, sporty theme with plenty of games to entertain the kids; and a fourth bedroom with two queen beds. A full bathroom serves the lower level.

The Backyard
Step outside to your own private playground. Soak, float or swim simulated laps in the swim spa, challenge your group on the putting green, bocce / bags court, grill up dinner, gather around the fire pit, or set up the outdoor movie theater for a night under the Kansas stars.
