The property was in a great location, very clean, and was as advertised. We had an issue with the upstairs A/C unit but they had maintenance out the same day. Overall it was everything we needed for our stay in Manhattan.

Was kind of disappointed in the overall appearance outside and inside. Front porch was covered in old wet leaves as well as the back deck and yard. Inside was just okay. Main floor bathroom was extremely small and wasn’t what appeared to be in the pics. Kitchen wasn’t supplied very well unless you went to basement kitchenette for cookware. Proximity to Aggieville was pretty much the only plus for the place.

Wedding Weekend

Great house for eight of us to enjoy an awesome weeding weekend in Manhattan. The location was perfect for everything we needed to do. I really recommend this property to others moving forward.

Welcome Home Visit

Great location, very comfortable and plenty of space for our family. The downstairs was a wonderful place for the young adults to hang out. Great communication with the owner. We would stay here again.

So good to have a place where all 15 of us could stay. Adults all slept in real beds and most of the kids did too. Kids claimed the man cave and had a blast. Not the Taj Mahal but we all will have great memories of the place. Kids asked to rent it again for Thanksgiving. The ville was amazingly close.

We enjoyed our relatively long stay in Manhattan over Christmas break, visiting our son at Ft. Riley. We loved the historic house, and its proximity to Aggieville and KSU. We were able to attend the KSU NCAAB game too! The house stayed nice and warm even when the temps dropped into the teens. Having a home instead of a hotel made it great to spend time together at Christmas, enjoying home-cooked meals. The host was responsive to all of our needs. Thank you!!!

Great location, easy walk to Aggieville!

This is a great and easy walk to Aggieville! It is in a college kid's neighborhood, and it's been a college house for a while. It's in good condition and clean. It's a great place to stay for a group hanging out in the 'ville for a weekend!

Perfect for our needs!

We gathered to celebrate my daughter’s vet school graduation. The house was perfect for our needs. Bedrooms on 3 floors allowed us all to have some privacy during our stay. Backyard was conducive to socializing. All-in-all a wonderful weekend.

Family Stay

This property worked great for our group. We stayed for our daughter’s graduation. The beds in the main level bedrooms were pretty high, they were hard for my 75 year old parent to get in and out of. The description say there is a pull out couch but really the couches are just reclining couches

Great location, family friendly property

We stayed in this house for a week over the 4th of July. The location is great and located 5 minutes from all the fun spots in Manhattan such as the mall, museums, the K-State campus and Aggieville. There are three levels so taking a large group is easy and allows for privacy or space. Having two separate living areas was also handy. Most of the houses in this part of the city are old and are not luxurious, if that is what you are looking for. However, it was clean, cozy, affordable and sets the stage for a fun time in MHK!! Don't pass this house up.

Great place if have lots of people. Christmas Decorations up in windows - nice touch. Enough beds for up to 12 persons (5 queen, 2 twin). House was clean and had enough blankets for those that needed one. Bedrooms had space heaters. Kitchen on main level is small, downstairs kitchen is a bit larger. Kitchen amenities are limited, very few pots/pans to cook meals for 8 people. No dishwasher. If have more than 6-8 persons, definitely need paper products. Main level bathroom is small and tight, steps upstairs/downstairs are steep. Did like the KSU graduation decorations that we found in a drawer. Perfect for our graduation celebration. Good location, didn’t meet expectations

Easy to find and to get into. Pictures online compared to actual did not meet expectations due to being more run down and dated. Rooms and bathrooms were also smaller than expected . Air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted which didn’t work well for keeping a 3 level house comfortable on all levels even with window ac on top floor. As for cleanliness, there were bugs throughout the house and some bedding/blankets did not appear to have been washed.
