The hotel was not what we expected from the picture online. The room was not very clean. The whole hotel in general was very run down and decrepit. The one saving grace was the hotel staff. They were accommodating and friendly. We will not stay there again.

Quiet hotel but rather gloomy.

I was a bit disappointed by this hotel. It looked very nice as I walked through the door, but, when I saw the room I noticed there were no windows and it had a rather gloomy appearance. I thought the covers on the bed were fit for disposal too, because in places they were darned. There was absolutely no wifi in the room, and because there was no windows, getting wifi using a phone signal only was almost impossible. I was told that there was wifi in the lobby, which there was, but when I went there to use it I was bitten by mosquitoes because they leave the outside doors permanently open. I had to use mosquito repellent once I noticed the mosquitoes. The plus points was that the aircon unit worked well and it was quiet but, saying that, it took me a while to realise that the batteries in the remote needed changing, which the hotel staff did when I told them about it. The room was quite quiet also, and there was a good cable TV service. My girlfriend broke the toilet roll holder when she knocked it off the wall accidentally, and although I insisted it was loose, I was expected to pay for that damage which irritated me. I pointed out that other fixtures were loose, and then they decided to fix them. I was overall disappointed, I would have preferred something with windows, I found the room rather gloomy, and it was not very near any shopping mall.

Average hotel

This place is hard to find, not wheelchair accessible. The appearance is quite old but maintenance is ok. There's nothing in the area and it is quite isolated and scary neighbourhood

Ich habe 3 Tage gebucht, aber habe ich nur 2 Tage geblieben, muss aber schnell weg gehen. Nie wieder kommen. Bitte dieses Hotel nicht buchen. Kein Wert

Absolut schlechte Lage, Bettelnde Leute vor dem

Kein Internetzugang auf dem Zimmer; Schlechte Internetverbindung; Kein Infomaterial über Manila; Das Personal kennt sich in der eigenen Stadt nicht aus; kein Flughafentransfer vom und zum Hotel; Die Reservierung wurde, obwohl das Zimmer bereits bezahlt war, erst nach langem Suchen gefunden. Der Pool war eine Katastrophe.

Decent hotel for the price.

Have all the basics for a basic stay. Hotel should provide free Wifi throughout the hotel to upgrade and boosts its level to the next.

노답....

창문도 없고 불도 나간방이였으며 청소도 안해주고 심지어 핸드폰도 안터지고 와이파이도 로비에서만 터짐.. 방안에있으면 정신병걸릴것같고 불다끄고 자기도 무서움.. 에어컨에선 물이 흐르고 테레비는 켜지지도않고.. 3일동안 숙소에서 한거라곤 옥상 진짜 목욕탕같은 수영장에 앉아있거나 선탠... 선베드도 달랑 두갠데 개미기어다니고 먼지가 쎃여있어서 그거 닦는게 더 일이였음 직원들도 그닥..

静かなホテル

。。。。3回目の利用でスタッフもほぼ私と顔見知りで余計な気遣いがなくリラックス出来るホテルです。。。。

外の騒音が静かなホテル

今回２度目の滞在で安くて繁華街から少し離れたホテルです。駐車場も無料で利用出来て各方面に移動し易い。車が無い場合でもタクシードライバーの食事休憩所的な所で24時間タクシーが拾える。ホテルは古さを感じますが対応はとても良いと思います。

Good value for money apart from the noise

It was a good night but having a day time nap is not a very good Idea as it was very noisy because of the renovation but other than that the hotel is a good value for money.. staff is also very helpful but not very friendly. . Lol

Look elsewhere if you want a good sleep

The check in was hassle free. Even though I requested for a queen bed during online booking...I was given a bedroom with two beds where the new paint smell was horrible. But I was quickly moved to another room with a queen bed room on request. There was no free wifi in room and even the lobby didn't have free wifi. But what made me completely irritated was that at 11:30 p.m. there were so many loud voices like partying right outside my door.Giggle, running, screaming... The noise seemed to get louder and louder and finally after 12:15 a.m. I called the reception and they said that they would send someone to look into it. I remember that it was still loud when I fell asleep and I woke up again with real loud noise of so many voices outside the door at 6 a.m. That's just horrible to wake up with so much loud noises. My heart was racing. All I could think was that they were the new trainees I saw yesterday. The impression I got from this place was that they don't really care about any of their hotel customers...may be they care about their residences only. I did however liked the courtesy and politeness of the restaurant staff.

Never back to this hotel

They are lying. When I booked that have free wifi, free breakfast, Airport sutle, but when I there, they said because I book from Hotel.com that I got No wifi, No free breakfast, No Airport shuttle. Have to call taxi. No busboy help for luggagese. They told me next visit Not to book from Hotel.com, then I will have all the service about. and it is free. I don't like them to say like that, I rather book from Hotel.com, and always book from Hotel.com. Because book from Hotel.com I got worry free. Sincerely Peter wong

ペンキ塗りたて、臭かった。部屋は広いが天井が低くよくない。かなり年月が経ってるホテルである。プールも期待して行ったが小さく、犬が入るようである。これでは泳げない。価格が安価なものはこんなもんか？

Isolated hotel

The hotel was cheap alittle bit dirty I saw the largest rat I had ever seen at that hotel. The staff was rude and the restaurant didn't open until 6pm. So I couldn't order room service. I can find better cheap hotels

조용하고 깨끗한 호텔

밤늦게 급하게 예약하고 갔는데도 친절히 맞아주셔서 고마웠습니다 오래된 호텔이라 그런지 시설면에서는 만족하지 못하지만 그래도 깔끔하고 조용합니다

OK in a pinch

Wasn't happy with the roaches and the attitudes of some staff. The guards were friendly. Not the best of locations. Lots of noise from the tour bus guests.
