“We stayed there frpm Dec. 22 through 26 for the MNIT 1974-79 Golden Jubilee celebration. The place was very clean, all amenities were clean. Great food in the Topaz restaurant that was included with the suites rent. Overall, the resort staff were very attentive, polite and always smiling. Staff Manager Mohit and all his assistants did a great job. Whenever we needed anything in our suite, they provided them immediately.We recoomend that the resort management give the staff a good pay raise ”

“We 3 couples from USA traveled to Jaipur for a wedding at the Hyatt Regency hotel close by and reached a day earlier to explore the city. As our Hyatt reservation was not until the next day we booked this hotel. We were not expecting a lot for the price but we were surprised by the cleanliness and great customer service. “online photos are showing good but actually its not the same. When you see it very bad condition and people will fall sick due to dirty not maintenance broken wall painting and broken Knobs...doors not able to close properly. ”

“Hotel and staff were good but it is still advertising a roof terrace and swimming pool but none of it is in use. We were looking forward to a swim and dinner on the roof terrace after a day out sightseeing but is was not to be. The roof is all closed off and this is the main reason we booked ”

“I stayed in Mundota Fort and Palace with my wife and two teenagers as part of my golden triangle tour. Our stay here was a unique experience. This place by itself is an attraction. Very scenic views and quite location. Excellent hospitality and very delicious food. Manager, Ajay is an amazing person. He gave us a tour to the fort and made sure our stay was quite comfortable. “bad location with unpaved entry road, and dirty rooms - also, initially they didn’t even honor the 2 room booking we had stating they are full, and gave just one room - and later after multiple requests gave the other booked room that we had pre-paid.”

“Property is old and there seems to be poor ventilation in the rooms specially washroom as they have a heavy smell. Rooms and washrooms are not clean and mattress, pillows needs to be changed they are dirty and very old, not comfortable. Did not like what seemed as a good stay online. No toiletries or tea kettle in the room. ”

“This is the worst property I've stayed. It's at a prime location but Rooms are filled with smoke, hence suffocating, there is no remote for any AC. I opted for breakfast but no breakfast provided. Staff is clueless how to operate a hotel and treat their guests. ”
