“I read all the reviews on Coachman’s Inn prior to my stay. In Waldron Ark. you have 2 choices, and stayed at other before. Comments about “gal at front desk” lol! I had booked through Expedia, and immediately money for room was taken from my account. Unlike other sites I had used in the past, monies day off, upon arrive. “Absolutely ”

“Not bad for an older property. It still amazes me what you get for well over $100. We couldn't get the t.v. to work but the place seemed relatively clean and it was quiet. They provided a breakfast of bagels, ceral, muffins and even hot items like eggs and sausage. We are too picky to eat many of the breakfast items. But they were available along with coffee, juice and milk. We chose yogurt, bagels and cereal.”

“Rooms were dirty. In our first room 2 lamps were broken and the tv did not work. They gave is a new room and the tv only got 1 channel. The overall condition of the room was gross. ”

“From the time we walked in the front door I noticed the pleasant, clean smell and appearance of the lobby and sitting areas. Staff were very kind and professional. The room was awesome. Breakfast was wonderful and the young lady working that area was very kind and personable. Great stay”

“Property was nice. Breakfast buffet was better than most. Only received towel service from housekeeping in 4 days. Coffee and condiments never replenished. Floor above us, room had large dogs that jumped on & off bed all day and night and howled in the evening. ”

“As a woman traveling alone this was a very safe feeling hotel. Clean and nice rooms. Bed and bedding were very nice. Could hear the neighbors but I am used to apartments so it wasn’t too bad.”

“I have been travelled and stayed in many hotels, but Resident Inn has been on of the best so far. The best breakfast with multiple items. The friendly staffs and clean property as any location. The price was excellent for a studio for 5 adults! Love it!”

“Not a hot tub there and the place was nasty and we had too bring our own cleaning supplies and they guy took our money and put it in his pocket wouldn’t give the rest of our deposit back because the towns was dirty bc we put it in the floor and it already had stains on it and nothing was cleaned a lot of roaches and bugs”
