Hotel vicino a Mansion America Theater - Branson

“We stayed on the fourth floor elevators worked great ice machine worked great there were vending machines on each floor where I could get bottled water or soda the room had a small refrigerator which worked wonderful for beverages. Very nice blackout curtains. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were quiet I had also reserved two other rooms for guest in my party and they were also very happy with their rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast better than the normal breakfast provided at your average hotel.”

The staff was blaring their phone in the lobby so I couldn't get any work done and then I was unable to use the microwave in the lobby because no one would open the lobby up in the evening. My room has a light that didn't work. The pool is outdoors just so you know before you book. For $59 I just expect to be able to use the lighting & water, have a bed and be able to sit in a clean...

“Perfect place to stay in Branson with family. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved having a kitchenette in our room for a quick bite in between activities. The room was very clean and private with no noise of other guests. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Branson!”

“I recently stayed at this hotel, and my overall experience was average. It has a few positives, but there are also several areas that could be improved. The room was decent—clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, though nothing particularly stood out. The building itself is clearly older, and its age is noticeable in both the exterior and common areas. While it is generally maintained, it could benefit from renovations to give it a fresher and more modern feel. The biggest disappointment...

“Great staff, perfect location. Since the remodel a few areas of wear and tear in the rooms but all around a great property for the value and employees that really care about the experience. I would stay here again.”

“Staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was ok. Smelled like it was stale had to keep spraying cologne on the filter to be able to handle the smell. Bathroom had hair on the floor like it wasn’t swept. Overall wouldn’t stay here again.”

“The outside pool was at the other building I was under the impression both pools were at the hotel I was staying in. I didn’t know there were two different buildings for the hotel. Also, we had to get our key programed to use the exercise room when we wanted to use it, we just didn’t have access to it.”

“They will not give me my money back and I didn’t even rent this hotel room. I’m not even in that state.”

“rooms have been recently updated. They have laminate flooring now instead of carpet. It feels cleaner with this type of floor. The tub was very slick, had to get in and out carefully and turning around was worrisome. The breakfast had several options. The eggs were not the greatest, but the sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles were great. Would like to have seen more fruit and some yogurt. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Air conditioner worked well. Good stay.”
