“The property was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy as the code was sent to us days before entering. Beds were good and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and appliances pretty new. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Our stay was enjoyable.”

“Brandie is an awesome host. She sent the super easy check in and access process via email ahead of our stay. Having the address, door code and parking information made for a smooth arrival for all of us coming from different locations. The house has large bedrooms so everyone could spread out in their own space and come together in the living room to share meals and laughs. “This house was very comfortable and a great deal. It's central location was a plus. I don't know why anyone would stay at a hotel in Topeka when you could have a cute little house like this for roughly the same price.”

“We loved our stay at your home, it was clean, quiet and felt like home. We enjoyed the neighborhood and felt safe while we were at the residence. “Overall, it was good to have a roof over our heads for the night. No complaints there. The original location in Eskridge ended up being booked for the evening, resulting in a late check in time. I received communication a day before our stay providing another location to stay at. The lakehouse was decent, providing all accommodations necessary. One hide-a-bed, a full size and a twin bed, the latter being quite uncomfortable. A slightly dirty toilet is my only complaint about the cleanliness. ”

“My adult son and I stayed here for the Unbound bike race in Emporia. This place is by far the best place we've stayed at for this race. The bedrooms were very spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I loved the office next to the kitchen, and we enjoyed a bonfire in the backyard after the race. The garage was very nice as well. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.”

“Stay was great, nice, safe neighborhood and a well remodeled stay with great accommodations for pets, the only issue was a new AC system was installed and had issues cooling the house but the owner addressed it with a partial refund following the stay.”
