“The hotel was everything you'd want. I arrived late and the night staff member warmly welcomed me and had everything ready. Basically, he handed me the room keys and I headed straight to the room. The room was clean and everything was in good repair. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.”

“This hotel is my go-to when I visit Jefferson, Wisconsin. The staff are super pleasant, helpful, and efficient. My room is ultra clean, and everything is ergonomically correct for ease of use. Decor is pleasant, and there are many areas I can place my luggage, bags, ready-to-eat food items, etc. Hair dryer, ironing board, and iron are in perfect working order. The ice machine was in tip top shape producing lots of ice quickly. The pool was super clean and well-organized. The breakfast...

“Room was clean. Did not use pool or hot tub. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast on the first morning was less than expected. Went down at 8 am, very little coffee. Things were better second morning.”

“Kids running through the hallways yelling. Cleaning lady next door pounding away on something (next to room 422). Elevator in center was broken. My key card went dead after each day…had to go to front desk for new keycard. This happened on my last 2 night visit too. Besides that…we love the place. Great Breakfast and restaurant/bar. Nice atmosphere.”

“Overall, the hotel wasn’t very clean and hallways smelled strongly of marijuana. Thankfully our room felt fairly clean. We went to breakfast 40 minutes before it was supposed to end and there was no warm food remaining and the waffle maker was broken. Overall we don’t recommend staying at this hotel and we won’t be returning.. ”

“The room was very clean and so was the rest of the building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. There is one thing I would of added to it and that would of been biscuits and gravy, they just go with eggs and sausage. =D The controls for the Air and heat was so nice cause it was on the wall just like at home! My husband thought it was the best place we have ever stayed at. That means a lot coming from him. =)”

“Beds very uncomfortable pillows very firm uncomfortable for side sleepers. Shower turn on off didn't work properly, sink water on off kept running Shower wand kept falling off holder . We were put all the way in the back corner highway noise. Low capacity should have been put towards front of hotel. Sorry but never again.”
