Questo due camere da letto con due bagni semi-duplex è stato recentemente ristrutturato e aggiornato con tutto nuovo di zecca! La cucina e il soggiorno hanno una pianta aperta con finestre a impatto uragano che consentono di vedere lungo il canale. Nel soggiorno c'è una TV a schermo piatto più un sistema audio Bose e il divano ha un letto estraibile. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size con bagno interno che viene aggiornato e ha sia una doccia normale che la doccia a pioggia. La camera degli ospiti dispone di due letti singoli e il bagno degli ospiti è aggiornato e corrisponde al bagno principale. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto. Al piano inferiore troverete il congelatore per esche, la macchina per il ghiaccio e il frigorifero supplementare, oltre alla lavanderia. C'è un sacco di spazio di archiviazione al piano di sotto per tutti i tuoi giocattoli in barca! Tavolo per la pulizia del pesce e acqua ed elettricità al molo.

CABANA CLUB ACCESS

Servizi: wifi, TV, impianto audio Bose, congelatore esca, frigorifero con congelatore extra, macchina per il ghiaccio, lavatrice e asciugatrice, stazione di pulizia del pesce, divano letto king.

Beautiful vacation spot

We didn't know what to expect as it was our first VRBO booking. Location, property, and all transactiond were in point. Beautiful property, super nice area, quicky responses to all questions. Will definitely be back!!

Property is as you see in photos. Beautiful porch, pool area, canal view and access for kayaks via a pool type ladder. Well-equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood with walking areas accessible. The only downsides for us were tiny ants in the kitchen and both baths. (We called management and they had an exterminator there within hours. However, the ants were back by morning). The second is that the home is across the street from a small airport and we heard planes (some quite loud) 10-20 times per day.. even during the night.

Beautiful property, but needs some updates

This is really a nice property, but we did encounter some problems. The microwave did not work, but the management company brought us one to use. The huge ice maker that is in the listing was broken and that was something we really wanted. The listing also showed a TV on the patio outdoors. There was no TV there, although there was one unhooked in the laundry room. This may have been due to the hurricane that was projected to do some damage. All this being said, we really enjoyed the property and I'm sure everything will be fixed soon, if it isn't already. The management company was absolutely wonderful to work with!

Termite poop all over your toilet.

The pool was much smaller then i thought it would be, but that didnt really bother us. The fact that the electricity was turned off the 2nd morning we were there, during morning shower time. wasted our 1at full day. The electricity was shut off cause they were behind on the bill.Which also cut off the power to the pool and made it not heat. The tv by the pool didnt work. It turned on but the cable box didnt show anything and being a sports fan that was a big seller to me. None of the inputs worked. I messaged them but i didnt want to bother them more then once about itThe biggest issue was the termite poop all over the toilet every morning.. we would clean them which was disguising but by lunch it was back. The bites we received i bekueve cane from the place too but there is a small chance they didnt. Also had to have the garbage disposal fixed.

Beautiful View

When we arrived we had to wait for the code. When it didn’t come we had to call. The property was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. I would suggest updating the pots and pans, silverware. The pantry had no door handle. The bedrooms were much smaller than expected with no place to put clothes. Overall I would recommend this property.

Very good experience

Overall a great experience - will rent again. Only hiccup was that the cleaning service had not done a good job in the turnover from prior tenants. Good location and great water access.

Fantastic house and location

We enjoyed this home and the location. It’s on a beautiful inlet with nice views. The home is also close to the grocery stores and restaurants. The updates in the bathrooms have a nice luxury feel. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view of the canal

Our stay in Marathon was very nice. We loved the view of the canal. The owner of the duplex was working on the other duplex while we were there. He was very friendly as well as his helper. We had a slight issue with the furnace but was corrected quickly. The pool and deck was a nice surprise. When I booked the unit they hadn’t been built yet. I mixed all of the openness of the unit. Very pleasant stay b
