“Very disappointing stay at Casa de Alba, especially for the price (over $1,000). We stayed from Friday to Monday, and our room had plumbing issues the entire time. The toilet was leaking from day one, and although we reported it immediately, it was not properly fixed. At one point, water from the bathroom leaked into the suite, and we were left without access to our room and bathroom for several hours while repairs were attempted. Even after that, the issue persisted—by our last day, the toilet...

“Es war alles phänomenal gut. Das Zimmer, das Essen und ein megamäßiger Service. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Das Ambiente ist toll. Die einzige Kritik die wir haben ist, dass das Duschwasser zu kalt war und man es nicht wärmer stellen konnte. Und die Bettdecke war zu dick. ”

“I would definitely recommend this hotel, the breakfast was good, my room was clean, the pool I loved it, it had a nice view along with the bar was good as well, and the complimentary drink was good. The staff was friendly and the location was great. I was able to walk to the restaurants and the meeting points for my excursions. The clock tower is right around the corner, so it is walkable. Overall I give this stay a 10/10”

“The staff here is amazing. They really want you to take care of you. You are so confortable that you feel like you are at your own home. Fernando and his crew in the kitchen are so nice and they prepare the most amazing Colombian breakfast and capuccino. I felt pampered and had a great time. Rooms are super spacious, clean and the place is well kept. Thanks. Keep it up. ”

“This hotel is an annex to the Santa Clara hotel. The room was very nicely decorated with very confortable beds and we had a great view of the old city and ocean behind the city walls. We appreciated being able to use the pool at the Santa Clara as well as the included breakfast which is a dream. There are plenty of options for food and it was delicious, service is superb. We highly recommend. ”
