Villa in Marbella center

Ideally located between the sea and the mountains, within walking distance of the city center, beaches and golf courses. It consists of 6 rooms that can be single, double or triple, all with bathroom to accommodate up to 14 people. It has a 4000 m2 tropical garden with two swimming pools and also a "Pool house" with kitchen and outdoor dining area, bar and barbecue. Chill out area with TV and ping pong table
Next to the shopping center La Cañada, with all kinds of shops, restaurants and bars, 15 min walk from the historic center and short distance to golf clubs and the best beaches of Marbella.

An overall great place to stay as a group. The pools and outdoor areas are incredible, as well as the individual apartments dotted around, it was perfect for a hen weekend. However, I will say that the front gate broke and we couldn’t get in after a night out. We were lucky enough that one of our friends was small enough to squeeze through the electric gate up the top and then let us in that way. A gym was also mentioned on the listing, however, there is no gym except a rusty cross trainer covered in dirt. There are multiple cats living at the property, which was fine for us but if you had an allergy then this should’ve been mentioned on the listing. The WiFi only works in the outdoor area by the pool, we were out most of the time so it didn’t matter to us. The property could be something amazing, it’s just in desperate need of a refurb as there are many run down areas, broken plant pots, a broken sauna filled with tins of paint, debris in certain areas. We also had to purchase our own bin bags and toilet rolls, we were asked to empty the bins daily and take them to the bins down the road which was fine but then we weren’t even provided bin bags. This place was great for what we needed as a group of girls, I just would say for the price we paid it could do with a refurbishment and I think toilet roll and bin bags should be included.

Wonderful setting, perfect for multiple couples and family get togethers. Two fantastic pools that all the family enjoyed. Some TLC needed but overall we had a fantastic holiday. Host was lovely and quick to respond

We had a less than great time at this place for the following reasons. It isn’t actually a house. It seems to be the guest cottages for a house up the hill. All of the common space is outside as well as the kitchen. The structures are in very poor shape. All of the rooms smell of mold and many things like electricity and hot water work intermittently. Also, a large stone/concrete structure (post for stair railing - see photo) broke apart and rolled part way down a walkway. If somebody was there when it happened, they would have been seriously injured. It is a very long walk (20-25 minutes) to old town Marbella. You basically need to rent a car or get Ubers everywhere. The property manager lurks around the grounds. We weren’t doing anything wrong, but it always felt like we were being monitored. I regret booking to place and wish we had stayed elsewhere.

Lovely place

The villa and grounds are amazing, the outside kitchen/bar/BBQ area was perfect for everyone to be together.Two swimming pools were great, one slightly less deep so good for kids.Location was good, cheap taxi away from the main locations visited.Bringing the family back next year.

A great place to stay!

We arrived in Marbella a group of 8 friends and this property did not disappoint! Cristina communicated in the days leading up to the stay asking how we would like the beds set up in terms of singles/doubles etc and continued to provide brilliant communication in the build up to our stay answering the many questions I had. The property was incredibly clean and boasts two brilliant pools which were ideal to help us deal with the heat during our stay. There are two huge social spaces with the outside kitchen space providing plenty of opportunity for those who wish to cook and socialise in this area. With this is provides the perfect space for large groups or families. The rooms all come with AC and are spacious and clean which added to the enjoyment. The property is located very close to a shopping centre for stocking up with food/drinks amongst other things. We spent most evenings heading into Puerto Banus which is only a 12 minute drive/uber down the road making this a great location for those who wish to enjoy the sights. We were also incredibly grateful after communication the day before we left, that Cristina allowed us to have a late check out to enjoy the property until our transfer arrived to take us back to the airport. 10/10 would recommend booking this property for your stay in Marbella. Thank you Cristina for making this such an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful grounds with 2 pools, plenty ofnpaace and a great outdoor kitchen which was the main gathering place for all. Cristina is a great host and had us feel at home.
