Questa casa sul lago arredate deliziosamente si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla, con circa 150 piedi di lungomare filmati. QUESTO è il posto per snowbirds invernali e / o sul lago appassionato.

Spaziosa casa con circa 2112 m² con soppalco al piano di sopra (luogo ideale per i bambini per appendere fuori). Totale posti letto a dormire 10 con 2 letti queen, 2 singoli twin rotolo di distanza posti letto e 4 gemelli. Vista sul lago e grande cortile ricoperto di erba da ogni camera. Decking fuori tutta la schiena di casa e grandi finestre in più per tenere tutto dentro. Casa si trova su tre lotti rendendo questo il luogo per la vostra famiglia e gli amici per raccogliere, diffondere e godersi l'un l'altro e il lago. Siamo animali domestici e hanno un cortile completamente recintato (tranne in riva al mare) ed è un buon posto per portare i tuoi amici a quattro zampe lungo per i tutti i festeggiamenti.
Portare la barca e rimorchio in più parcheggio a sinistra della proprietà su un terreno recintato vacante. Parcheggio barca lungo il lato della paratia con più alti cravatta in tranquillità senza baia scia proprio fuori il vostro parco porta pubblico indietro con passi rampa barca lontano da casa per opzioni aggiuntive di accesso al lago. Grande opportunità di avere ragione sul piano ambita e controllata Lago di LBJ.

Il lago è una lunga e bella lago con numerose calette da esplorare. Dalla casa lago si può barca Oriente alla diga Wirtz, o sud di Horseshoe Bay, o andare Nord a Kingsland poi andare occidentale ed esplorare il fiume Llano. Se non si dispone di una barca o moto d'acqua, è possibile affittare un locale.

La pittoresca cittadina di Marble Falls è a dieci minuti di distanza, con negozi, cinema, ristoranti, centri benessere, palestra, HEB (alimentari), Wal-Mart, e molti altri comfort di trarre vantaggio.

POSIZIONE: Il Lago di LBJ in Granite Shoals nel mezzo della splendida Texas Hill Country e dista solo 60 miglia e 55 minuti dall'aeroporto di Austin, 90 miglia e 90 minuti a nord di San Antonio e circa 200 miglia e quattro ore di Sud da Dallas / Fort Worth e ovest nord-ovest di Houston.

We really enjoyed our stay. There are deer everywhere. the back porch was very inviting for morning coffee and end of evening sitting. Would definitely recommend this home.

Stayed here for two months. Location was good right on the lake. Large yard. Did have an issue with hot water but Carol fixed it the very same day. Bed was comfortable.

In town to see family in Granite Shoals, Marble Falls & Spicewood over Christmas. Spent most of our time at our family's house, but it's such a cute house in a nice quiet neighborhood. House had everything we needed, including a great deck out back to relax after a 5 hour drive with kids and small dog. We will be back when it's warmer, so we can enjoy the water & fish next time!

We really enjoyed our stay!! You wake up in the master bed with a beautiful view of the lake which was our favorite part. We rented a boat nearby and were able to dock it right up to the back yard to take a pitstop. SUPER convenient!! Our dogs LOVED the huge front and back yard (which is 100% fenced in) for ball throwing and exploring. They had such a blast, and we did too!

If you’re looking for that perfect lake trip, A Touch of Texas is where you want to be. The house is amazing! Whether you’re on the lake all day enjoying the refreshing water, fishing from the back yard, or exploring the beautiful Marble Falls area, Carol considered everything you’d need. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are amazingly comfy. She even has a stash of linens, bowls and toys for your fur-baby. The huge backyard is probably our favorite spot to hang out. We set up a volleyball net and played for hours with our kids, and in the evenings, enjoyed sitting on the large deck playing music and games late into the night. Carol has hosted us for two summers now and because of her thoughtful touches to make this home feel like our home, I will never have to search any further for a lake house on LBJ. This is our spot!

The property is as advertised, will sleep 7 perfectly. Two couples and 3 kids is perfect. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We don’t usually cook when stay in a short term rental, but it appeared to be fully stocked. The yard was manicured and fully fenced for our labradoodle to run around. For boaters. There is a concrete break wall with two cleats. The channel is very shallow and we have a wake boat and we did touch bottom with the prop. It is very soft so no damage but it is shallow. Sand and silt so no issue. If you have a pontoon or something else with an outboard you can trim up you won’t have issue. Our issue is we draft a couple feet and the Chanel is only 2 feet in some areas. The furniture and bedding was very clean and you can tell Carol takes care of her rental. We will most definitely be back.

Comfortable and relaxing house on the lake. Clean! Big kitchen! Lovely deck and huge fenced lawn. Note that one side of the yard is the lake. This might not be safe for small children or dogs who jump in any body of water, but for us it was perfect! So scenic!

The house is exactly as pictured, modern, clean, with cute finishes throughout. The deck and backyard were perfect, and I especially appreciated the fully fenced yard for our dogs. The location is a bit off the lake, and if you don't bring your own boat or rent something, you're not going to swim in the shallow cove water. The public boat ramp and park are a stone's throw across the water, and are rather active. Makes for good people watching, but not quite as peaceful as you may expect. From the local activity, seems like good fishing right off the dock! That said, we really enjoyed our stay, and the host was great. I think anyone would overlook the "off the lake location" if you add a few kayaks for use!

Myself and my wife had a wonderful stay at the lake home in Granite Shoals TX. The description of property and home was as stated very inviting & comfortable. Carol the property manager did a super job making sure everything met our expectations and beyond. Carol also made sure we had a smooth entry and exit of the property with our two-month winter getaway. If another winter getaway happens in 2025, I would highly consider the TX. Lake home in Granite Shoals again.

This was our second time at the lake house and it was just as perfect. The beds are so comfortable, the house is thoughtfully appointed, the kitchen is open and lovely to cook in. And THE VIEW from the living room. I could sit on the couch for hours. It’s such an inviting space. We will return!!
