The Host with the MOST!!!

Upon arrival communication was excellent! The cabin was actually nicer than pics showed!! Will & Deb made the most pleasant vacay getaway!! There was not one thing that could have been added to make our stay complete. We made new friends & we as group of longtime friends will NEVER forget this outing!! OLD SCHOOLERS! We ❤️ yall!! Great place to stay

We absolutely love this place. House was spotless and had everything we need. We fished for 3 days and loved that we could walk down to the lake. Kids had a blast swimming and fishing. We will definitely be staying here again.

Comfy at Granny’s

Lil Grannys has very comfortable beds, very clean, and has everything you need. It has a very nice dock at the end of the road and very accommodating hosts. I highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time here and we will be back again!

The perfect, simple, family vacation. Comfortable house and beautiful scenery. It’s exactly what we needed for our family get-away. Caught some fish, saw some shooting stars from the gorgeous deck, and enjoyed the kayaks too. Can’t wait until next year!

Super Stay

This place is a great place-it has all of the modern comforts (Especially great water pressure and comfy bedding and mattresses)…but it takes you back to a place that was the Hill country, before it became so well-known and crowded. Gorgeous oaks overhang the road, quiet street full of rolling green lawns down to the cove. Super experience and would stay again!

Great Find

This was the best experience yet. Owner friendly and answered any questions we had. Neighborhood nice and quiet with screened in porch totally made stress of city life vanish away. You could not ask for a nicer cleaner rental. We will be back!!

I love Lil Granny's House!! Best vacation ever!!

My husband and myself visited from Georgia. On our way to Lil Granny's house I picked my grandbabies up on the way because they got to stay with us while there. It was perfect for them. They played on the big screen in porch, we had smores in the backyard. They were never bored. All the neighbors were very friendly. Will Gilliam the owner of the house was so friendly and willing to help with anything that we needed. I was sad to leave and I will definitely come back on my next vacation.

Little Granny's is big on comfort and fun.

My husband and I were looking for a quick get away and we decided to try the hill country. Little Granny's immediately caught our eye. The house is the perfect size, very clean with lake access and an awesome covered porch. Will was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Since this was our first time in the area, he even made sure to tell us about some local attractions to check out. We didn't get to stay long enough but we will be back with our daughter and some friends/family. Can't wait to hang out on the amazing new dock and take advantage of more of the water activities. Thanks to Will for being the host with most. Looking forward to coming back to Little Granny's soon!

Perfect Get- Away!

Granny’s is a lovely cottage- perfect for 2 couples- right at the lake. Will was a gracious and very accessible host. The beds are uber comfortable and tbe property has everything you could possibly want or need. I highly recommend Granny’s to anyone who wants to get away!

Will was an excellent host. Lives next door and is there if you need him. Even neighbors will help out if needed. Very accessible. House was great. Cute, comfortable, clean, near the water, pier available. Would definitely stay again!

Fun little house

Plenty of room, great party room for the kids. Private dock was perfect to leave pontoon over night. Will was very attentive to our needs. Zero complaints! Had a grand time!

Excellent home away from home!

Will was an amazing host and the home was charming! My family made memories and went on lots of adventures while vacationing here. Everything was so clean and there was something for everyone. We had a family night fishing trip on one of the Granny’s docks, along with swimming in the day time. I wholeheartedly recommend this lake house!!

Cozy & comfortable

The cabin had all the amenities & comfort we wanted & made for an enjoyable visit. Will was the most accommodating host we have ever experienced, going above & beyond to make sure we were having a good time. We look forward to returning in the fall to spend more time on the screened-in porch. Thanks for your hospitality, Will, as well as your expert medical advice for my sprained finger! Cozy & comfortable

The cabin has all the amenities for a relaxing stay. Will was the most accommodating host we have ever experienced! Not only was he well-informed about the area, but he was also helpful with medical knowledge about a finger I sprained before arrival. Definitely want to go back in cooler weather to spend more time on the porch.

Amazing place

We stayed here for 3 days, upon arrival Will came over and introduced himself and maked us feel welcomed. He showed us around the house and the lake. Place was spotless and had everything we needed! Lake was beautiful, had a amazing time swimming and fishing but no luck on fish. We also used the canoe which was great and fun! Would definitely give this 10 stars if I could! Thanks Will for the amazing place!
