“I had the most magical time. With a beautiful retreat. Everything was fresh, farm to table. Staff were friendly and inviting. I will definitely be back. I’ll have to stay much longer next time. What a great reset.”

“They were remodeling and no mention of this was made when booked. Beds scattered around the property, furniture, lamps, mirrors, etc. all out in front and with prices on them, like a yard sale. Building materials, tile, etc. staged everywhere. The office was closed, had sign in door to go to the office of the next door property where they were having a "yard sale" of all grocery items. Could barely move through the office/lobby. No coffee pots or any cups in the room, had to ask the maid who...

“This property was really dirty. Parts of the room were clean and then other parts of the room were filthy. The room smelled terrible. The staff was really nice but we will never stay here again. ”

“Brand new so of course it’s clean and tidy. Staff was not helpful- a woman was trapped in the elevator for over an hour before they would call 911- they wanted to wait for the tech. Hot breakfast was nice but they weren’t prepared for the volume of people at all! Convenient location - can walk to downtown Novato!”

“Upon rival the hotel clerk at the desk checking me in was not very helpful then they had a convention going on so that made the hotel very busy. My TV didn’t work when I first got to my room my sheet had a stain on them so I tried to call downstairs to the front desk. No one answered, so I had to walk down to the front desk when I got there I spoke with the same lady who seem like it wasn’t an issue and that she would just send someone up there to check. They have no designated smoking area. The...
