Big Sky Marfa - Quiet, Spacious Adobe with Spectacular WtX Views!

Welcome to Big Sky Marfa! Come relax and unwind in our modern, well-appointed and spacious (2400 sq. ft.) house on 1.2 acres. We are on the edge of town but only 10 blocks from the Courthouse. From our back patio/yard you'll have unobstructed views of beautiful ranch land and the Davis Mountains. Our place is private and tranquil with some of the best sunset views in town. Wildlife sightings and star parties are a daily occurrence. We promise that you will not want to leave.

All parts of the house are accessible with the exception of the following:

1. Master closet is locked. Garment rack with rolling wheels is provided.
2. Basement is locked.

Internet access is provided via wifi.

Wildlife: Because our house is on the edge of town, we are fortunate enough to have an abundance of wildlife. If you keep watch, you may see a bobcat, javelinas, bats and beautiful birds. You may also encounter thorns, scorpions and snakes so always take care when walking around outside. It is wise to always wear shoes when walking around in the yard.

Bats: We sometimes have a bat colony that lives in the front eaves of our house. We are grateful for the bats because they eat the mosquitoes. However, the downside to having bats is you may find bat poop on the front porch. While we do our best to sweep it away, it comes back quickly. Please excuse their poor bathroom habits.

Pillows/Fans/Pack-n-Play: These items can be found in the closet of the Garza Bedroom.
