“When we arrived I waited in line for over 45 minutes, when I gave the reception my booking number they had no room for me. The young boy at reception said I'll go and check if I can find you a room. He came back 25 minutes later to tell me that the one he looked at wasn't clean so he'd check another room. After waiting another 15 minutes he returned to tell me he had found a clean room. I had”

“The property needs maintenance inside and out, my 3.30pm check-in sent me to a room that had not been made up. Language difficulties so I will definitely recommend elsewhere 😇”

“Cheap and Central. Hard to complain. Some staff are a bit disinterested in their job but the vast majority are upbeat and positive. Should be noted that the recycling could be better labeled and there's no shower gel provided. At the end of the day, it's a cheap backpackers hostel 5 mins from the beech and I genuinely can't complain tbh. I enjoyed my stay.”

“Stayed here overnight during a weeknight as a family of five, and while we went in with an open mind after reading the reviews, the experience still fell short. Reception closes at 5pm, so we made sure to call ahead. We first rang at 3pm to advise we’d arrive around 5:30pm, then called again at 4:50pm to let them know we were only six minutes away. “It’s not the ritz but you get what you pay for. Perfect for a quick stay. What really made it a good stay, was the excellent service. The lady in reception was so helpful and so kind. I really enjoyed speaking with her. It is also a fabulous location for the beach and glink tram. I really enjoyed myself”

“The apartment was lovely. Modern with great views in a very nice building. We were so close to the action of Surfers and so close to the beach. Had a great week. The only issue is having to get the keys from another building before moving in. Can be a of a bummer trying to find parking and the like but I am being a bit of a sook here. Nice place to stay ”
