“The complimentary s'mores kit and welcome beverages were nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was too soft for us which made it hard to sleep. The room we were in was a bit "quirky" -- old-fashion looking lights and army green paint on the walls and bathroom tiles. Overall we felt it was a bit dark in the room and the bathroom. “The hotel was insanely loud. Loud banging throughout the night that almost sounded like construction, yelling, doors slamming, car alarms going off throughout the night. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the sofa in the room had multiple dark stains all over it. The room did not look like it had been wiped down at all. “The beds were very comfortable. They charge for early check in $28 which I did and was glad I did when I saw the long line to check in at check in time. Only2 people working, obviously that was not enough. No maid service pool was not open so do not know what they charge an amenities charge. “There was a lack of support to get help unloading our items. There was only one bellman to take our bags up. I would have been fine with loading ourselves but they don't allow guests to use the carts. We waited 30 min to get help. More support for check in would be great.”
