“This is a pleasant modern motel on the outskirts of town. It has nothing special about it -- the room is basic, and functional. There's no in-room coffee or water heater. Also no closet or drawers for clothing -- just some external hangers. It does have a gym and a pool -- I used the gym and it was small but the treadmill worked fine. Breakfast is standard motel fare. Service was lacking -- in a three-day stay our room was never made up, but we did get one change of towels. My...

“Microwave wasn’t cleaned, bed table tops not wiped down but the place was fairly decent. Biggest negative is the parking is 2 blocks offsite and currently an additional $10/nights stay. Rooms are priced respective of the hotel’s proximity to the Canal Park and the Duluth Entertainment Center /DECC.”

There’s a super stained chair, the bathroom looked like an old closet that was made poorly into a bathroom and the toilet leaks, the curtains were all ripped, AC struggled to keep up, pool area seemed unsafe with a bad smell, the jets in the hot tub barely worked, doors are incredibly thin as are the walls, parking lot is very uneven and a bit sketchy to drive on, TVs are tiny and not super updated, and no housekeeping until the third night? “The room was clean. The kids loved the pool. Also had a couple claw machines in the pool area which was cool. Breakfast was also good. Definitely will be staying again when we visit duluth.”

“I liked the way the room was arranged. The sink was outside the toilet area. The shelves in the room were placed so two people could separate their stuff.”

“I stayed at this property while participating in Grandma's marathon. It is a short distance from the Miller Hill Mall shuttle pickup for the race which was very convenient. They also provided a targeted early breakfast on race day for the runners to enjoy which was HIGHLY appreciated. I will be considering staying here again for next year's race.”

“Our stay was perfect for what we needed! The check in and out process was simple and fast! The Breakfast was handy! The Staff was great! The pool option was great (hope to utilize next time). I will add that the architecture and layout of the rooms was a bit out of the ordinary. It's a bit hard to explain, but I defiantly got lost at first. However, that would not deter me staying again!”
