“We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. ”

“The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. The other problem was noise from the construction next door. They really should have communicated that on the Expedia site . From early morning at 7am there was construction...

“This is a “bed&breakfast” type stay. 4 rooms, 3 upstairs (very tight quarters), 1 downstairs. Each bedroom has its own keycode lock. 1 shared bathroom (downstairs) approximately 6x6 at bottom of stairs. House is also shared with owner that has their office/bedroom attached and accessible from inside rental. Owner has dog with anxiety issues that has full access to the house.
