“Great friendly staff, nice touch for the kids... they were given a voucher ea to to choose beteen, a cold drink, a hot choc with marshmallowsor an ice-cream from the bar. Slso free fizzy drinks, crisps and kitkats in the mini-fridge in tge room were nice touches. The only downer for the hotel as a whole was that there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom or the bar area and so the environment was fairly hot and stuffy.”

“Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine. Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you ”

“Worst night of sleep ever can hear everyone turning there light switches on and off, Lack of staff and didn’t seem to know what they were doing, beer glasses were dirty, breakfast was a help ur self no one there to help with issues for example the food was running out and it wasn’t being replaced and no milk, will not stay here again. ”

“Fan went off every 20 seconds during the night, wasn’t aircon as that was switched off so not sure what it was but kept me awake all night. Door didn’t lock properly when vacating the room. Tried about ten times. Eventually got it to lock, but when I was inside the room had to put a chair against the door as I was unsure if it was locked from outside as I was a lone female traveller. Normally stay here for work but won’t be staying again. ”

“was unable to sleep in the bed as the room had a major issue with black mould in the bathroom which had become airborne & affected the the entire room the smell was over powering slept in a chair as the bed was cover with the black mould smell & was unable to breath, suffer with chest infections which the spores got on my chest I had to call 111 & was directed to Ipswich hospital for antibiotics, never even stopped for breakfast on day 2 felt to ill on antibiotics for next 5 days, this all...
