“Hotel is nice and clean. Only BIG problem: I had wake-up call ordered at 3.30 bcs early morning flight… they forgot! Obviously I had also alarm on my phone, otherwise I had lost the flight. Completely unprofessional. ”

“Hotel was conveniently located and the design was unique. The staff was friendly. The bathroom was very small and we could not get the room to stay cool. We also had a stained/dirty towel.”

“We have stayed here many times. It is very convenient to the restaurants we like and shopping areas. We like the breakfast that is very good and made to order. There is a young lady that cleans the tables that is so nice who has been there for a long time that always greets us with a smile and a “welcome back”. I think her name is Cheryl.”
