The hosts were great - they called twice on Christmas, the day we were arriving, to ensure we had the codes to enter and details for our stay. Breakfast was great and they were accommodating to our allergies. Beautiful bed and breakfast. Will definitely be back!”

“Hotel is nice and clean. Only BIG problem: I had wake-up call ordered at 3.30 bcs early morning flight… they forgot! Obviously I had also alarm on my phone, otherwise I had lost the flight. Completely unprofessional. ”

“The location of the castle was very convenient however this is NOT a castle. It is merely an event space built to resemble a castle. We arrived eaely on a Sunday and our room was not ready. We were told they would contact us when it was available but never did. Our room was next to the elevator, so was noisy. Bring your earplugs!”

“Great stay overall. The room was very clean and having a full personal kitchen with a dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, microwave and everything needed was a big plus. The staff were extremely friendly and even offered complimentary water at check-in. Parking was great, breakfast was good and there were no issues with noise, unusual smells or bugs. The bed was a little stiff for my preference, but that is just me being picky. I would definitely stay here again and will look for this property...

“Got in a bit late…but everything was ready for us! The front desk associate, Jordan, was incredibly helpful! He apologized for a misunderstanding about airport/hotel shuttle which just ended due to change of administration…he explained it beautifully and the manager offered a compensation in room rate for the inconvenience! Jordan was really helpful giving us recommendations for dinner, etc nearby! A great experience amidst a turnover! Thank you, Jordan!!”
