Hotel vicino a Azienda vinicola Wildside Winery - Lexington

“Hotel is nice and clean. Only BIG problem: I had wake-up call ordered at 3.30 bcs early morning flight… they forgot! Obviously I had also alarm on my phone, otherwise I had lost the flight. Completely unprofessional. ”

“Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We didn’t try the breakfast but we will next time. Staff were very helpful and friendly.”

“Easy check in and full breakfast available. Very clean and quiet property. Room servicing was a bit confusing … stayed 4 nights all together and never had a room cleaning. Had to call the front desk for more toilet paper.”

“Nice location Extremely overpriced”

“Perfect”

“I arrived in the evening and the lighting on the property was subpar along with the signage. I struggled to find the building in the dark. Also, there are no signs for what rooms are on what floor. Very confusing.”

“clean frendly good breakfast”

“When we got there our room was not ready we were told 20 minutes. Other people even those who did not have a reservation checked in ahead and we waited finally a man came over and asked why are you sitting here. Waiting on my room. Discovered the guy who said it was not ready didn’t tell anyone we were waiting and he left even thought he came over and told us twice it would be 20 minutes. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes Sink in bathroom was stopped up when we got there never worked...

“Property was quiet and clean”

“See you next year...”

“In generale un buon hotel, peccato no si possa avere la colazione inclusa nel prezzo. La zona è molto comoda all’aeroporto e in più è anche ben servita e tranquillissima ”

“They lost my reservation when I checked in on October 22nd. The wall above the heater had been repaired and needed repairing again (shoddy repair). The door latch in the bathroom was missing and the shower needed a more thorough scrubbing.”
