“Hotel is pretty good, not too far from Mapusa Market. Very polite staff. The restaurant serves delicious food and we enjoyed the south indian breakfast. If you are not used to south Indian breakfast, you have an option of different style of eggs, cereal and fruits. The only drawback is the wifi system. We could not get wifi in our rooms. “I was shown to my room, it looked like it had never been cleaned, at least 4 spiders in the bathroom at first glance, webs everywhere. Ants on the floor, in the bed, on the tables (where I was expected to eat). No soap or toiletries as stated on the website. “Great accommodation for the price. Breakfast was very good value and the owners are clearly passionate about hospitality. If you want to travel between Anjuna, Vagator and Assagao, then this is in a perfect location. Standout is the pool, which is a good size and usually pretty quiet.”

“Stayed for 4 nights at the property. Had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good, location is excellent. All Rooms are pool facing, views from some of the rooms are spectacular. The staff is also very friendly, specially the room service and parking guards. Did not face any issues coming back late night also.Highly Recommended for north Goa stay as it is located conveniently near all the insta recommended cafés and bars😀”
