“Comfy beds! Ideal location, and very pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay! ”

“This little house feel had a quaint B&B feel. We were only there for a night, but found zero issues. We lived in FWB in the 80s and, while the city changed/expanded, this older neighborhood stayed untouched, still shaded by elder trees, still quiet and peaceful, even in the morning. The house was exactly as pictured. The window AC units did a perfect job. The kitchen was ideal with a cold fridge, plentiful ice, and generous counter space. The living room has some oh-so-comfy couches that lured...

“Such a nice quiet area, close to Ft walton/Destin beaches and food and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Close to the beach. Great little community. Small walk to beach. I wasn’t sure prior to going but they do have beach rentals down at the beach. We took our own chairs and umbrella and host supplied wagon to transport items to the beach which was great.”

“Very good place to go with the family close to everything the house is located and very clean ❤️ I would go again”

“It’s a perfect small cozy place for you and your spouse me and my wife stayed for our honeymoon and had a really nice time highly recommend staying here”

“The property was beautifully remodeled. The small touches were great. He even had some games and cards. The neighborhood was so quiet. And it was truly only a few minutes from shopping in Niceville. And it wasn’t far from Destin with and without tolls (4). The host communicated quickly and called us to help out with check in. I will definitely look to stay there the next time we need a small centralized property.”

“Tiffany was very tentative and ensured we had a great stay! The location was perfect and very close to many shops, dining, and the beach.”

“This was an adorable getaway for our family trip. Communication and accommodations were excellent. We had a great time!”

“This house was amazing for my family! It was very clean and in great shape. It was conviently close to the beach and the pool. The golf cart was an added plus for the kids to easily jump on and do late evening sunset drives. The outside shower added an easier way to clean up outside and the hot tub was the cherry on the top. We will definitely be returning and I highly recommend this house!”

“We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Loved this home , Had everything you could possibly need . We enjoyed the view right on the beach and the nice pool when we needed a break from the sand . Wonderful stay !!”

“Room was perfect. The location was accessible to everything we wanted. The beach was a short walk and the pool was right across from the front door.”

“Perfect spot. Right across from the beach”

“Our family of 16 all agreed that this was our favorite vacation home we’ve ever stayed in! Besides the pool and hot tub, our favorite place to gather was the beautiful front porch. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the house was perfect for our entire family. We’ve stayed in many vacation homes over the years, and this truly was the best one yet. We would absolutely stay here again!”
