Questa casa progettata su misura, altamente efficiente dal punto di vista energetico e passivo-solare, offre tutto l'anno alloggi lussuosi e profondamente accoglienti. Il sistema split di raffreddamento e riscaldamento è completato da un'accogliente stufa a combustione a legna per offrire l'ambiente perfetto mentre ti immergi nella mistica cornice montana - tutto dal comfort di un salotto e una zona pranzo di design a pianta aperta, con un alto balcone esterno, un barbecue e mazzo divertente.

Kings View offre arredi e appuntamenti executive, immersi in una splendida cornice boschiva, tutti a pochi passi dal centro di Marysville. Aree abitative superiori e inferiori separate possono ospitare fino a due famiglie o un piccolo gruppo. La camera da letto principale di livello superiore offre un elegante letto matrimoniale e una camera da letto separata offre due letti singoli. Anche questo è replicato al piano di sotto. Prestigiosi bagni di livello superiore e inferiore offrono riscaldamento e accessori di alta qualità. Goditi un bagno rilassante nella vasca di grandi dimensioni al piano superiore.

Una cucina per chef completamente arredata include un piano cottura in ceramica e elettrodomestici e attrezzature di qualità in acciaio inossidabile (incluso caffè a stantuffo). While the property was fabulous and the location was gorgeous unfortunately the real estate agent you have to book this through is disappointing. They made us pay for half of the accommodation through their own private account. Then the agent made us fill in a preregistration form where i had to supply a photo of my drivers licence and my credit card. I felt this was a huge invasion of my privacy and took away all the saftey of booking the accommodation through the stayz website. If we weren't already committed to a family get together over Christmas i would have cancelled the booking amd asked for my money back.

The house was perfect for our two families over Easter. It is well thought out and very clean. The kitchen is massive with plenty of bench space. The view from the lounge room is absolutely spectacular, especially with all the autumn colours in the landscaped gardens. Marysville is a beautiful town, plenty to do with the family.

This house ticked all our boxes. The two distinct living areas are perfect for two families and the large indoor and outdoor living room with majestic views over the mountains can’t be beaten. Everything was perfect - very clean and well equipped, and spacious and comfortable. The gardens were beautiful and frequented by many birds. It is obviously a cared-for house.

This is a great house for a weekend away for a group. We loved sitting by the fire and enjoying the ever-changing view out the window. Beautiful garden, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of firewood. Would highly recommend.

This property was spacious and very clean and felt like a home away from home. Great to have two living areas so the kids could have their own space. Would happily stay here again.
