“We rented the penthouse (Del Sol) in the ‘offseason’ (July) for a 4 night stay. First, the views from our suite were INCREDIBLE and the way the room was decorated made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The bonus was our own hot tub on the large balcony. “My only takeaway, and the reason why I would not return to UNICO is due to the limited food choices. The food is AMAZING, however there are only 3 a la carte restaurants, for which you must make reservations each day to be served dinner, and portions are small. The breakfast is limited in options as well, a la carte, and small portions also. Let me give you an example, breakfast dishes will include potatoes, and no joke, you get 3 small to medium cubes.
