"I stayed at this hotel for four days and I must say that, for the price I paid, the room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was also very kind and helpful: I arrived around midday and they allowed me to check in immediately. The girl at the reception was extremely friendly and polite, even though it was clear that she had some difficulty speaking English but she was still very warm, welcoming, and helpful. Regarding the distance from the Haram, it is not too far — about 1.4 km. I am a 27-year-old guy from Italy, and for me it took around 12–13 minutes to walk there, even though there is a bit of an uphill walk. The hotel also provides small shuttle vehicles (mini-buses with around 10–12 seats) that run every half hour and take you close to the bus stop, which is very near the Haram. The only things I didn’t really like were related to the bathroom: the shower hose was slightly damaged and leaking a bit of water. Also, when I arrived, the tea tray was a bit dirty and there was no teaspoon only tea and sugar were provided. That said, these are small things that can be overlooked considering the price. Overall, the hotel is nice and, above all, the staff is very kind and welcoming."
