“Very clean, quiet and very comfortable. The host has some specific requests in accordance with the City’s noise ordinance. This provided for a very peaceful and restful stay. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was relaxing. The Host goes above and beyond to help us feel welcome. I highly recommend staying here. It will make your visit to Fredericksburg all the more enjoyable!”

“Had a large group of friends get together for a 30th bday! Enjoyed all the activities, and the river was absolutely perfect! Tons of room for everyone in the cabins. You will have spotty phone signal but wifi is great. Who needs their phones anyway?! Slide is not for the faint of heart but we all went down it multiple times! Everyone is already asking to do it again next year. Thank you, John and Becky!!!”
