I thought that was excellent customer service. We received bottle water as a welcome gift which was a nice touch to me. “The same poor lady at the front desk was working every time we went through the lobby. She was very nice and gave us good directions and delivery options. My daughter was worried about her and hoped she would get a day off soon. Overall stay was great. “What a great place to stay. The room had plenty of space, the hot breakfast was fantastic. Nice quiet place to get a nights sleep before getting on the Autotrain. We will definitely stay there again and maybe even spend 2 nights. The staff was pleasant and easy to deal with. ”
