“We stayed here for a long weekend, and were pleased with everything. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had good amenities. Breakfast was a good assortment of options. The location is walkable distance to many restaurants, shops, etc., so we walked most to dinner every night. Jack Astor's (restaurant) on the corner was good, but we greatly disliked Chuck's Roadside grill.”

When I called the front desk to let them know, someone finally came up and instead of apologizing or acknowledging the issue, he made the excuse he went down to the lobby for 10 minutes.
