“We have stayed here many times and they have all been good. This time it looks like they gave us the worst room. I’m wondering if it’s because a conference was going on. The furniture had most definitely seen better days, the shower dripped and front door staff were we’re really friendly This may have been the last. time we will stay here”

“The walls are an ugly, glossy, dirty cream colour. The room feels cold and hard because of the dented metal and poorly painted cabinets. It feels cheap and unwelcoming, like they made a bedroom inspired by your high-school locker. The door handle was broken and there was no additional lock so it didn't feel safe.
