“Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast options were great and the room was comfortable.”

“Room was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. However, the beachfront access was very dirty. I wish they would keep it clean and maintained. We had to walk far from the hotel to have beech access.”

“The bed was comfy, the hot tub in the room was clean but it didn’t work, and the hot breakfast was great. Although Expedia stated the check-in time is noon, it’s not until 2 PM. Thankfully the room was ready & they let us check in early.”

“Found a dirty sock and a Gatorade cap underneath bed. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable otherwise stay was decent.”

“Staff was friendly but even tho property was under renovation, rooms were grubby, linens not fresh. Breakfast has no butter (or peanut butter ) for toast, no plain creamer for coffee.”

“I didn't know that you had to request room service before 8am to have them clean the room. Had to request twice towels and toilet paper. I didn't care about cleaning the room but at least take it the trash and remove used towels.”

“Room was very clean and the A/C works great! The staff was really friendly at check in. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. There were cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and a large bad patch job on the ceiling by the window. Also, my door stuck pretty bad making it difficult to open and close.”

“Multiple ice machines on different floors are always out. The sink has great water pressure but it never fails that the drain is super slow. This time it was the worst. It happens in literally every room I've stayed in for the past few times. I stay here frequently when I come into town.”

“It was a very convenient location and suited our needs.”

“The rooms were decent, and I enjoyed the beach view. I asked for a downstairs room due to having a bad knee, but I still wasn't able to get one. The parking lot was a mess, and it was hard to find a place to park due to not enough parking, plus most cars were taking up two parking spots.”

“Had a three night stay and my room was never cleaned. When I went down to the desk for fresh towels she said there were none and advised me to take towels from the gym area. Upon entering the gym area, the stench hit me in the face. It did not seem the facility had been cleaned or sanitized at all. The front desk called to my room twice the morning of check out to make sure I was leaving as if forcing me out.”

“This place was horrible. Rooms were dirty - sheets and towels not clean . My kids and I couldn't sleep with all the drunk people being so loud . We will never come back .”
