“Very run down. Needs new toilet seat I almost left because of the condition. Loud fridge and dirty AC . Ok for the low price but would not recommend or stay again.”

“Suites were a great size for our 4 night stay. Hotel is only 2 years old. Everything is new and clean. Breakfast had many choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay at this location again.”

“The rooms were huge!!! So great for families with kitchen and separate living room area. The bathroom was super large with double sinks and expanded mirror that covered one wall. Super comfortable place to stay.”

“Pool had milky water the whole 10 days we stayed there also dirt was flowing on top of water complaining was told its fine not fine was scheduled for room service which never happened was told since we had our do not disturb on door at 8:00 while at breakfast it was taken off the schedule lastly being so close to the highway the road noise was so loud it was very hard to get any sleep don’t stay here”

“Everything this time around was much better at the Comfort Inn then the last time that I stayed there the young lady at the front desk Kathy was extremely polite and I appreciated that very much and my room was clean. Everything was good. I was very appreciative. Thank you.”

“We had a family emergency so a lot of the family had to come to Hartford. I booked this room due to the close location to the UConn Hospital and the family home in Rocky Hill. 2 other family members also ended up booking rooms here. The property was not what we expected. The lobby wasn't clean, the elevator was broken almost everyday, the reception wasn't amply staffed; as a result, our stay wasn't the best. However, the rooms were clean, so that was a plus.”

“Please take this hotel off your site. I booked online and when I arrived at property the clerk was asleep. I had to knock on window and door to wake him up. He then proceeded to get mad that I woke him up and woukd not check me in. He told me he didn't care I had a booking and to call the police. So I did call the police. When I called Expedia they called the property to try and help me but he said he was still going to charge me. I had to wait for the police and get a report for the fraud the...

“Immediately took care of your light that was out. We did not know there wasn’t maid service on a day basis. That would have been helpful.”

“My room was clean but it was old .the curtains in the rooms had holes in it. The room had a wet smell. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean it's just old and need updating. No microwave in the room you have to ask for it if they have it available. Notice water damage on the ceiling in the room. The pool was cloudy and looked old I didn't get in it I just looked at it. The staff was helpful. I did not eat at the hotel I was able to find more affordable food. I will not stay again.”
