Vacanze Maui Meridionale

Rooms are very basic and need a deep cleaning. We had a lizard and a dead roach in the middle of the room. Furniture, lamps, door and windows were pretty dusty. Amenities not on a 5 stars level. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the outside areas, very relaxing and quiet. We did not have the time to use the pool or join any calssss.

Nothing

I never received a check in email with the room code that was needed. I wasn’t aware that Maui shuts down at 10 pm. When my wife and I arrived for our honeymoon, we tried multiple times to contact the host without a call back. I rented a car and drove to the resort . We tried calling using the phone provided outside the office, left messages and used a cell phone to also leave messages. No one called us back. We ended up spending the first night sleeping in the rental car. We were not offered anything to compensate us for the lack of help or communication. The place is unreal. First time to Maui and it’s paradise. I would recommend the resort but make sure you have all the information before arriving especially if arriving late at night.
