Noi avevamo una camera privata molto grande con letto a castello da una piazza e mezza, pulita, bagni in comune puliti completi di shampoo e balsamo. Nella struttura ci sono 3 bagni completi con doccia privata più un bagno per solo donne con altre 2 docce 2 lavandini e 2 servizi e un altro bagno condiviso. “Abbiamo alloggiato per tre giorni in questa struttura e per tutta la durata del soggiorno non è mai stata pulita la stanza e cambiato la biancheria. Alla reception si sono rimpallati le responsabilità, infine hanno lasciato a noi l’onere di contattare il manager telefonicamente che ha riconosciuto l’errore e gentilmente ci ha concesso un late check out. ”

“Ottima struttura, personale gentilissimo, parcheggio gratuito davanti all'hotel. Camera ampia e comoda, silenziosa, con ottime dotazioni (phon, frigo, macchinetta da caffè americano), bagno con doccia comoda e buoni prodotti di cortesia. Wifi veloce, per essere a Maui ha anche un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.”

“Truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything was gorgeous and pristine. It was so nice having a full kitchen and laundry in our room. The pools were amazing and we had a blast. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Definitely looking forward to another stay. Highly recommend!!”

“Rooms are very basic and need a deep cleaning. We had a lizard and a dead roach in the middle of the room. Furniture,lamps, door and windows were pretty dusty. Amenities not on a 5 stars level. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the outside areas, very relaxing and quiet. We did not have the time to use the pool or join any calssss.”

“Hot tub was broken and seems to have been for awhile, obviously this is an important feature to be missing. Some of the extras like chairs and umbrellas are not in great condition, although they were nice to have. The breakfast offerings were fine although I wouldn't call it a bed and breakfast. The kitchen was nice and the bathrooms and showers were good. Our room, the Hibiscus suite, was very nice with a comfy bed and pillows and a mini fridge. “The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

“It exceeded my expectation. The only thing I would say is to add more hooks in the condo so that we could hang clothes, towels etc. Other than that, everything met my expectation and I can't wait to return. I will definitely stay there again.”

“Grounds were beautiful. Beach view and access great. Quality of condo was in need of refreshing. Some broken doors, and in need of repair. The condo was clean.”
