“Room was clean but the TV service and WiFi connection was poor the outlets where in bad shape we couldn't plug anything up with out it falling out.”

Getting it reversed took a couple days because there was never a manager available. Breakfast is served from 6-9am but the first 3 days of my 5 day stay, they were out of food shortly after 8am. “There was blood on our bed sheets. Also, the floor was so dirty my feet were black when I went to get dressed in the morning. When we checked out in the morning and told the person at the desk, their response was, “We will have to check it out.” Not a good experience.”

“It should be named NASTY COCKROACH HOTEL! The place needs a severe update and an exterminator. I had to go to Tennessee to attend my father's funeral over the weekend. The room #137 I was in for one night and I killed 5 COCKROACHES! The bathroom wall had a previous hole and instead of repairing it correctly someone patched it and just painted over it. I shook out everything that I took in to the room. I got woke up very early to someone yelling "Hey ,hey,hey I know she has her phone". ...

“The breakfast was not prepared to feed a booked hotel. I had to wait 15 or 20 minutes for fresh eggs and sausage. Everything else was fine.”

“The TV remote didn't work, but the man at the desk gave me one that worked well. I got in late and did not get up in time for breakfast. Temperature was easy to regulate.”

“Great hotel in a perfect location right on the square. The restaurant and speakeasy are wonderful. The rooms are comfortable with great showers. If you don't want to valet, there's a parking garage just around the corner.”
