“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“The room was great, quiet and clean. Everything we needed the hotel staff was accommodating. No questions asked regarding our pet. The hotel location is nice since it's right in the heart of many shopping centers, close by to the locations that we as a family needed. The amenities were fine such as the pool. Parking is only secure to benefit the hotel but, we had a fine stay.”

“Good place where to sleep for a night. the breakfast should be improved, really no options and badly presented. The noise from the highway can be disturbing.”

“The staff and bar were the best part of this stay. The bartenders were excellent and the valet staff incredible! The front desk staff is hit and miss. There’s a Kevin hart looking guy that is rude every time I’m there, but the others are friendly and helpful. Other than that, the rooms are mostly just ok if you’re a “the hotel is just where we’re sleeping” kinda traveler. Nothing nice and minimal amenities.”

“Water was out for the first night and day because of a busted pipe after a car crashed outside our window.”

“Went there after our wedding and the staff was extremely welcoming, took our luggage from the car to the room. Took pictures of us both in the gorgeous lobby and crossing the hotel threshold. Extremely splendid experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay.”

“La struttura è un po' datata, ma nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile, in particolare quello addetto alla colazione. Avrei apprezzato una colazione a buffet anziché quella su ordinazione prevista dalla struttura. Inoltre, pur avendo prenotato una tariffa che includeva la colazione, al check-in ci è stato consegnato un voucher con un importo massimo spendibile. Questo ha inevitabilmente limitato la scelta delle consumazioni...

“Personale gentilissimo, oltre la media, struttura in una ottima posizione ma che risente del peso degli anni. Stanza molto carina con ottima vista sulla Marina. La pulizia non è eccellente e la colazione è migliorabile”

“buona la posizione, vicina alla fermata bart, safeway, autostrada. parcheggio sotto l’hotel gratuito. ci sono alcune cose che andrebbero migliorate, quali la colazione troppo esigua, le finiture quali gli infissi e la porta del bagno. per il resto abbastanza nuovi i mobili ed il letto, pulita la camera, buono il set di asciugamani, i saponi, la tv. personale cortese e sorridente.”

“We were in to visit our Uncle for a few days who lives in San Francisco and went to the Hampton Inn in Alameda by the airport, due to how reasonable the price was vs staying in San Francisco…EXCELLENT service, amenities and even though we were near the airport, this was one of the quietest hotels we have stayed at!! The people working there were very friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely look forward to returning.”

“Hotel Shattuck is perfectly located near UC Berkeley and the BART station. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. My daughter and I stayed for three days and were very surprised that our room was cleaned daily. The restaurant offered different meal options and it had an awesome ambiance. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“Came here about 15years ago and the stay is much nice then some of the stays over in that area. I find it a weird that they charge to park outside and no security guards to watch the cars. But that’s how life goes. ”
