“La struttura situata in una splendida tenuta di campagna immersa nei boschi, peccato che durante gli 8 giorni di soggiorno, nonostante le ripetute richieste, le pulizie e il cambio biancheria sia stato effettuato la mattina dell' ultimo giorno, assolutamente inutile. I receptionist sembrava sempre si trovassero lì per caso, non sapevano risolvere i problemi. Peccato!!!!”

“Most powerful shower I've ever been blasted by, instant hot water too. Room ok, The hotels inability to provide a fridge even when it's for critical-for-life medicines is a bit troublesome and will probably force me to stay elsewhere when I'm back in Ayr later this year. Breakfast is menu-ordered. Very tasty but far too small given the continental buffet options were extraordinarily limited.”

Security was second to none as Donald Trump was staying next door the weekend we stayed! Was fun to watch his motorcade go by the end of the road. “This is a hotel that is staffless, and has no front check in desk. It totally relies on technology for checking in and out, and that is a problem in an area with weak Wi-Fi. I would not stay again. We had a problem when we arrived with not having sheets, pillows, and blankets on a pull out bed gor my granddaughter and it took several hours of trying to contact a live person to get them to come to the "hotel", and fix the issue.
