However, because access to that elevator takes you into a restricted area, each time I left the room, I had to wait for an escort. Additionally, the telephones and guest laundry were not functioning.”

However, while the room appeared to be clean, the shower smelled sour and the bathroom floor had some moisture on it (like they didn't dry it completely after mopping) and I had to wipe it up with tissues to deal with the slipperiness. The worst thing was thebed -- dressed with cheap, slimy microfiber sheets, which felt even worse because of the damp, humid room. HORRIBLE! Also, the pillows were useless (too soft).
